Great News! The brand new VIEZU File Portal is LIVE


If you have a ticket already open with us on Zoho desk, you can still reply to the ticket and our technical team will assist you with it.

 

Find out more about it and what to expect as we move you over to the upgraded File Portal.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? 

 

You should have received an an email inviting you to the new portal. If you have not received it, make sure to check your junk or spam filters. 

 

The welcome email will ask you to verify your account. Once you have clicked on the ‘VERIFY’ link, your login credentials will be emailed so that you can access The Portal. 

 

WHAT IS THE NEW VIEZU FILE PORTAL? 

 

The new Dealer Portal (The Portal) provides a unique environment for sending and receiving your File Requests from VIEZU. 

 

The Portal offers improved functionality for both Files and Support Tickets. 

 

WHATS NEW? 

 

You will now have a Dashboard to see your File Key Credits in real time. 

 

You can see your File History, Credit Purchase History, be able to download invoices and more.
